the brief:

Amey are a road safety organisation and in this particular campaign they wanted to convince young drivers to avoid unnecessary distractions when behind the wheel. 

 

the approach: 

This campaign involved writing copy for a road safety video that was screened in cinemas over several nights cinemas. radio and cinema campaign. This video was shown to a live cinema audience and the audience's reaction to the film was also filmed. This was then compiled into a viral video that was uploaded onto youtube, generating over 10,000 hits. I also scripted an accompanying radio campaign that encouraged listeners to go online to see the video for themselves.
