the brief: 

Radisson Blu wanted to announce the launch of an exclusive white truffle menu, available at their Tuscan-inspired restaurant - Attico. They required a press release writing to promote this unique culinary experience, which was then distributed to the local media.

 

 

the treatment:

The press release needed to get across the exclusivity of the menu, which featured white truffles from the Italian market town of Alba - home to arguably the finest truffles in the world. The language needed to describe the unique nature of this complex ingredient, while describing the expertly created dishes that had been designed to draw out its flavour.

 

As the truffle season is short lived, the message also needed to ensure the opporunity to experience this menu was perceived as rare and genuinley unique.
